Payment
We accept Paypal payments, as well as credit card payments. -- please note that you do not need a Paypal account to use their service, just check the box that allows you to pay as a guest.
RUSH ORDERS - Rush-orders are $25, and your piece will be made within two weeks of purchase. If you need your piece faster than two weeks, please contact us so we can work with your needs.
Shipping
Once we receive your payment we will make your item/s within 1-3 weeks. Unless, a custom order requires more time. Additional shipping times below:
Domestic
- All shipments within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority mail (1-3 business days).
- Other shipping options are available on your checkout page. You can also contact us if you would like a different shipping method.
- Sometimes the mail can be unreliable, so if you need your package in a timely manner, please be sure to upgrade your shipping to avoid any unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays that the mail service may cause.
- We package each item in a beautiful gift box for safe keeping and easy travel on your wedding day.
International
- All shipments outside the United States are shipped via USPS International First-Class mail, (10-14 business days unless customs holds it for a longer period, which is out of our control, which can take about 30 days).
- Other shipping options are available on your checkout page. You can also contact us if you would like a different shipping method
- We are not responsible for any customs or duties charges on International shipments.
- Sometimes the mail can be unreliable, so if you need your package in a timely manner, please be sure to upgrade your shipping to avoid any unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays that the mail service may cause.

Returns
- There is a 5 DAY RETURN POLICY from the day that you receive the item for all items available on our website. We do not pay for the shipping for items returned within the 5 day time period. Once we receive the item back, we will provide a refund. The bridal piece must be unused and unworn, and in the same condition that you received it in. Thank you!
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
- Because custom pieces are designed and created specifically for you, there are NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. If you receive your piece and there is something that you would like to change, there is a one time option of sending it back for a minor change at no additional charge. We do not cover shipping in this case. Please see our custom orders section for detailed information about the custom order process.
Ordering Multiples
Any of our items can be done in multiples for a discounted price.
- If you would like bridesmaid gifts, or a custom order, you can order as many as you need.
- 3 items = 5% discount on those three items
- 4 - 5 items = %10 discount on those 4 - 5 items
- 6 or more items = %15 discount on all of those items.
- To receive the discount, please contact us before you purchase and we will provide you with a coupon code.

We offer our products at a wholesale price of 50% below our MSRP, and we offer free USPS Priority Shipping on all orders over $1000. Please note that wholesale pricing is available to retailers with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only.
Minimum Order
For new accounts, the minimum order is $150. For ongoing accounts, there is no minimum order.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order, please order from our "Wholesale Collection" on our website, or you can send us an email with the item numbers and color choices. For first time orders, payment is due prior to shipment. For ongoing accounts, we prefer to receive payment shortly after shipment, but payment terms are negotiable, and in some cases we offer Net 30. We accept all major credit cards, checks (subject to a 10-day hold), US money orders, cashier’s checks, and direct wire transfer.
Order Fulfillment / Rush Orders
Processing is normally 2-5 weeks (not including shipping time) for wholesale orders, and larger orders may take a little longer. In this case, we will contact you with an estimated processing time before we begin the manufacturing process. If you would like your order to ship sooner than 2-5 weeks, a rush order may be available for an additional fee, depending on the size of the order, the availability of materials, and the number of back orders we have at the time of purchase. If you would like a rush order, please indicate this when you place your order, and we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss options. Generally, for orders below $300, the rush order fee is $35 for a 1-2 week processing time. For orders above $300, the rush order fee is $55, or $100 for orders over $500. Rush order fees are non-refundable.
**Please contact us if you need something quickly, and we may be able to fulfill your request without a rush fee.
Shipping
We offer free shipping, including insurance, for all orders over $1000. For orders less than $1000, a shipping charge will be added to your invoice for USPS Priority Mail. The price of shipping is based on the total weight of the shipment plus the cost to insure the package against loss or damage during shipment. If you choose to waive the insurance, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. If you would like a faster shipping method, please contact us for quotes. Shipping charges are non-refundable once your package has shipped.
Returns
We do not accept returns on wholesale items as everything is handmade to order. Please notify us within 4 days of delivery if you receive a damaged item, and we will quickly exchange the item for you at no charge.
Cancellations
To cancel or change an order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order. Because all of our items are handmade to order, any cancellations after the 72-hour time period will be subject to a non-refundable 10% restocking fee for any items that have already been processed for your order. Rush order fees are non-refundable.
Handmade Information
All of our pieces are completely handmade in our studio. Due to the nature of handmade items, there may be very small differences between pieces. In some cases small substitutions may occur due to availability of rare materials.
One of a Kind, Exclusive Designs
January Storrs specializes in custom designs. If you are interested in having a custom design made exclusively for your business, or for one of your customers, please contact January to discuss details of ordering exclusive designs. You can email her at january@januaryrosebridal.com with “exclusive design request” in the subject line. You and January will work together through email and images until the design is perfect for you.
